Mark Braun, Esq.
Mark has 29 years of continuous practice experience with an emphasis on litigation and probate. He is a former Nevada Deputy Attorney General and, prior to that, chief counsel for a national financial services corporation. Mark has received a number of awards and citations in connection with his career as well as his community volunteer efforts, including a commendation from former President Ronald Reagan.
Currently, Mark’s practice consists of a blend of civil litigation, probate and estate planning. Mark is admitted to practice before the courts of Nevada, Iowa and Missouri. His has personally conducted and run thirteen jury trials, successfully winning each and every one.
Prior to commencing his legal career, Mark was a broadcast journalist and part of an Emmy-award winning weekly business news TV magazine program, Market-to-Market, airing nationally on Public Television. While working as a journalist, Mark had the pleasure of working with former presidents Ronald Reagan and Jimmy Carter.
